All of our service engineers are fully trained and work in accordance with British Standard Code of Practice 5306 Part 3 – 2009. This states that as a minimum regular annual servicing needs to take place of all portable fire extinguisher equipment.

It is advisable to adhere to these regulations so that your equipment is always fully functional at the time when you most need to use it. This will also allow you, where appropriate, to meet the needs of health and safety requirements within your working environment.

All types of extinguisher require an inspection to check weight, correct pressure and for signs of corrosion or damage. Cartridge extinguishers are opened up for internal inspection and we check weight of the cartridge. Labels are checked so that they are readable and dip tubes, hoses and mechanisms are checked to see if they work properly. We also check whether the extinguisher is easily accessible.

We come and visit you in your offices no matter how big or small - we already have a diverse customer base and serve customers with one site and one extinguisher to large corporate blue chip organisations with multi-site operations. One of our fully equipped mobile sales and service units with all the equipment and manufacturers parts necessary will visit your site and complete the maintenance and issue a certificate of all work completed.
